The Tic Tac UFO event around the USS Nimitz which was covered by the New York Times in early 2018 showed us craft that had fantastic abilities.
Tic-Tac shaped UFOs, flying without regards to inertia, change direction at mindblowing speeds and shoot like rockets from 50 feet to 60,000 feet in a second. The g-forces are incredible but more incredible is the idea that these things can go from outer space down to sea level in a second or two.
Here’s a new article about the Navy’s new patent on an anti-inertia craft. There doesn’t seem to be any Patent Number for the craft. Why is that?

Is an anti-gravitational engine possible?
At the end of the 19th century, the most distinguished scientists and engineers declared that it would not be possible to fly with objects heavier than air. Fifty years later another generation of scientists and engineers said that it would be technologically impossible for a spaceship to reach the moon. However, technical progress has disproved these “ forecasts”.
Again, the concept of anti-gravity with all its related elements has incited and continues to divide the world today.
Anti-gravitation is a concept that the scientific world still considers a utopia, a science-fiction topic, although in the media, in recent years, a series of information has emerged according to which there is extensive world-wide research in the field of anti-gravitation.
In 1992 the scientist Eugen Podkletnov, achived a very complex device with superconductors (-1970 C), using a high-speed rotation(5000 rot/min) in liquid nitrogen and ultra-powerful electric field (1 M V). Podkletnov claimed a 2% weight reduction. Unfortunately the experiment could never be repeated.
Anti-gravitation is the idea of creating a place or object that is not affected by the force of gravity (Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).
Antigravity does not refer to the situations where an object or person faces a certain weight loss such as floating in the water of a swimming pool, or the free fall from high altitude, the aerodynamic lift, electromagnetism, etc.
The true gravitational propulsion involves the use of a material or technological effect that counteracts the effects of gravity.
Basically, all anti-gravity propulsion systems and experiments scientists have presented to the public and which were supposed to reject gravity could not be supported by concrete evidence. This fact has not influenced countless physicists and researchers, who have been trying to find a true antigravity solution. At present, CERN specialists carry out a series of experiments related to antimatter and anti-gravity.
Antigravity could generate a fundamental change of the human destiny. It could produce mutations in science, in thinking, in mindset, in the current order of the world, in what we all know about the Universe. It could also mean a reconsideration of everything that science has conquered so far.
The Research Institute on the Gravitation Study of the Göde Scientific Foundation in Germany has tried to reproduce many “anti-gravity” experiments. All the attempts of this institute to study or achive an anti-gravity effect have failed so far. The Foundation is willing to offer a one million euros reward for any reproducible experiment of anti-gravity.
As fighting gravity seems to have been a futile effort , why not try a more intelligent technique, that of bypassing gravity.
This was the basic idea when starting a series of experiments to “bypass” gravity. After a series of tests, I found out a way to “bypass” gravity, to achieve an anti-gravity effect (Fig. 1), an effect of reduction (even cancellation) of the mass of a body in motion, under certain conditions.
Frame 1, bent at an angle ϕ , has the slide 2. By rotating the frame with a certain speed, the slide is risen. When the slide reaches the top of the frame, a sensor (not shown in the figure) controls the reduction of the frame speed, the slide descends slightly, the sensor notices the new position of the slide and commands a higher speed rotation of the frame, resulting in the slide being risen in the side, upper frame, a. s. o. In fact by the controlled movement of the slide (a few centimeters) , a part of the generated centrifugal force Fcf ( a part is normal to the direction of sliding, and a part is parallel to the direction of sliding) cancels a part of the weight of the slide G=mg (a part is normal to the sliding direction, and, one part is parallel to the sliding direction). This way the sliding “floats” without having any weight. I have created an artificial gravity by achieving an inertial force due to the rotation of the system, which minimizes the effects of a gravitational force.
Threfore the artificial gravity produced (or the gravity of rotation) is the result of a centrifugal force achieved in a rotating reference frame.

The variation of the rotation speed can stabilize the position of the slide in a certain position.
Following the above calculations the following conclusions can be drawn:
– the speed of the frame does NOT depend on the centrifugal mass;
(eg. 500 Kg for n = 59.8 rot / min, 5000Kg for n = 59.8 rot / min)
– the speed of the reference frame is relatively REDUCED, (n = 50 -70 rot/min ) ensuring the possibility of adjusting the speed of rotation of the frame to allow "floating" of the rotated weights.
– there is an easier method to ensure the "floating" of the rotated weights by changing the angle of the rotated frame (angle ϕ). If the weights tend to descend, the angle ϕ will be increased, determining the increase ω and the centrifugal force Fcf, and the weights will go up. If the weights tend to rise, the angle ϕ will be reduced, reducing the ω and the centrifugal force Fcf, and the weights will descend.
This is the operating principle on the basis of which an experimental model has been built and tested, the results being very good.
Experimental model
Based on the experimental model, the centrifugal inertial gravitational engine (MAGIC) was built, which maintains the verified operating principle, ensuring the total cancellation of the rotated weights. For the rotated weights the batteries of car or electric drones, part of the fuel used by airplanes, helicopters, spacecraft, etc. will be used as appropriate.
The real MAGIC engine
The MAGIC engine is basically an anti-gravitational engine that uses a method of reducing the inertial mass, in order to make the planes take off faster, to run with a reduced quantity of fuel and at very high speeds, or in order to land on a shorter distance. As concern the electric cars, their weight will be reduced by 50%, while their duration and distance of operation will increase.
The proposed solution will ensure the reduction of CO2 emission and greenhouse effect by at least 20% worldwide.
Fighting gravity is a new technique, which will allow us to build electric cars, airplanes, helicopters, drones, missiles, etc., capable of moving much faster, over longer distances, with reduced costs and safer in operation.
