We don’t know without a doubt what the intelligence visiting us here on earth wants, or is doing. Perhaps it doesn’t want hard resources, but it wants information of some kind or it wouldn’t be here. It wants one or the other. Does it find us fascinating? Could be.
We find ourselves fascinating and have since day 1. Why wouldn’t they find us interesting?
Some people say they are observing us like ants in an Ant Farm. We could even be a big experiment for them. We could have been made in a lab on their planet, or under the oceans on our planet. There are so many possibilities that we could pontificate all day every day about WHY they’re here.
When To The Stars Academy (TTSA) revealed themselves, it was a mind-blowing event. There they were, experts in national security, members of the CIA, a PhD physicist (Dr. Hal Puthoff) who has worked on laser beam space propulsion, a guy (Luis Elizondo) who has run the Advanced Aerospace Threat Program at the Pentagon for years, and others like Chris Mellon – Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the Clinton and Bush Administrations, and Steve Justice from Skunkworks.
On the front page of their official site, it lists brief biographies for the core members of the team. What is interesting, is that we can see a very clear focus of the team in one area. At least the expertise of the team can be said to have this area pretty well covered, at least from an investigative standpoint.
What area is that?
Biological threats.
I’ve parsed the relevant biographies below to include only things relevant to biology and threats that could be related to biology.
Jim Semivan
Since retirement, Mr. Semivan primarily worked as a consultant for the Intelligence Community (IC) on classified topics including IC leadership training, CIA tradecraft training and IC programs for countering weapons of mass destruction.
Luis Elizondo
Luis’ academic background includes Microbiology, Immunology and Parasitology, with research experience in tropical diseases.
Dr. Paul Rapp
Brain Function & Consciousness Consultant
Dr. Paul Rapp is a Professor of Military and Emergency Medicine at the Uniformed Services University and Director of the Traumatic Injury Research Program. He also holds a secondary appointment as a Professor of Medical and Clinical Psychology. He is a past editor of Physica and served on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, Chaos and Complexity Letters, and Cognitive Neurodynamics.
Dr. Norm Kahn
National Security & Program Management Consultant
Dr. Norm Kahn is currently a consultant on national security for the US Government, with a focus on preventing the use of biological weapons of mass destruction/disruption. Dr. Kahn had over a 30-year career with the Central Intelligence Agency, culminating in his development and direction of the Intelligence Community’s Counter-Biological Weapons Program.
Dr. Colm Kelleher
Biotech Consultant
Dr. Colm Kelleher is a biochemist with a twenty-eight-year research career in cell and molecular biology currently working in senior management in the aerospace sector. He served as Laboratory Director at biotech company, Prosetta Corporation, leading several small molecule drug discovery programs focused on viruses of interest to the United States Department of Defense. He worked for eight years as Deputy Director of the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), a research organization using forensic science methodology to unravel scientific anomalies. From 2008-2011, he served as Deputy Administrator of a US government-funded threat assessment program focused on advanced aerospace technology. Dr. Kelleher has authored more than forty peer reviewed scientific articles in cell and molecular biology, immunology, and virology as well as two best-selling books, “Hunt for the Skinwalker” and “Brain Trust”. He holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
Dr. Adele Gilpin
Biomedical Research & Attorney
Dr. Adele Gilpin is a scientist with biomedical academic and research experience as well as an active, licensed, attorney. She served on the faculty at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She taught biostatistics, epidemiology, and the design and conduct of clinical trials. Dr. Gilpin led an international team of scientists and physicians in designing and implementing two multi-project programs that were, together, awarded $10 million by NIH, designing and conducting multiple clinical trials. Her regulatory law practice focuses on FDA regulated products such as medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and on research law. Since the program’s inception in 2007, Dr. Gilpin has collaborated with the DOD’s Traumatic Injury Research Program at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She was awarded the E. Randolph William award for exceptional pro bono service in both 2009 and 2011. She received B.A. and M.A. degrees and a Ph.D. from Temple University (psychology; quantitative psychology) and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (cum laude).
If the phenomenon they’re studying is a biological threat, or assumed to be one, then they seem to have it covered. Wouldn’t it be better to have physics experts, polymaths, military weapons experts, astronauts, members of NASA, and other people on the team? No, they have biologists.
There’s no other way to say it – TTSA strongly believes that the phenomenon is either capable of, or involved in perpetrating a biological attack on the living things of this earth.
