Since 2016, individuals overseas have reported sudden unexplained brain injuries. It is happening today in 2022 as well.
Over the last few years there have been many stories run on major media about something happening to our diplomats and other American citizens overseas and at home. The term for the ailment people have come down with is “Havana Syndrome.”
Symptoms are primarily:
- Vertigo
- Confusion
- Memory Loss
- Brain damage
The CIA, FBI, and state department are looking into the hypothesis that at least some of these victims have been injured by a directed weapon of some sort.
Areas affected:
- Europe – United Kingdom
- Asia – India, Vietnam, China
- Latin America – Cuba
- Washington, DC. On the grounds of the Whitehouse
Is Havana Syndrome from UFOs Attacking Us?
Most of the attacks came while victims walked outside, but there are a couple of cases where a person was attacked while at home. One man was awoken at 3 am. with the sound of an electronic cricket-like noise. He had vertigo. He looked outside and saw a white van pull away.
One man’s entire family was targeted while in China. His small child fell down a few times on the day of the attacks.
His family was targeted AGAIN while in the hospital in the USA. They were targeted again about 2 am. at a hotel. His children were thrashing in their beds, kicking and moving erratically. He put his head down by his daughter’s head and heard the sound of water rushing. He put both kids in the same room with his wife.
He is now overseas with his family who are working on balance, sight, and memory. He told CNN during their special on Havana Syndrome that he knows of 8 other children besides his own who have suffered from attacks.
Initially, people were told they were having psychosomatic injuries or from pesticides. Some were told they heard various species of cicadas.
In Cuba, more than two dozen victims sought help after attacks.
Dogs were barking at night and one victim felt like his head was being crushed.
The director of the CIA, Bill Burns, took over with Biden’s presidency. He stated that they looked at about 1,000 cases. Around two dozen cannot be explained. After early disbelief, these Americans can no longer be doubted. A member of his staff was stricken in their hotel while on business in Delhi, India. Mr. Burns accompanied the person to their medical treatment and evaluations.
Doctors eventually came to believe there were areas in the brain in the inner ear that were targeted with an acute sensory event. The abrupt onset of pressure and sound in the head.
The sound can be heard here. It does not hurt you to listen to it. The sound came from one direction and was focused. If the person moved, the sound was gone. If the victim returned, it returned.
What is it?
“Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Energy” or microwaves.
Microwaves can go through glass and brick, and a lot of substances.
The CIA came out with a statement about the problem and said there is no evidence of a large global campaign to attack Americans.
They insist there is not a single cause that would explain the more than 1,000 incidents that have been reported. They have also been unable to link a foreign interest to any of the cases.

Garry Nolan, Biologist, is working for the government to figure out what is happening to people with symptoms of Havana Syndrome. It didn’t take long to put people into two buckets. Bucket one had those who were directly affected by UFO contact. Close contact. The others were government workers across the globe with no UFO experience they could recall.
Patrick Alavi recently posted photos on Twitter (here) of burns he suffered as a result of what he says was an attack.
Is It UAP Attacking People?
I am not prone to conspiracy theories but at this point I have to ask whether The Phenomenon. The Alien Phenomenon. Could they have any responsibility in this?
What country would telegraph their ability and intention more than 1,000 times? They would test it on people randomly that wouldn’t attribute it to an attack on the country. Wouldn’t they? They’d choose people living on the street. People from all over the world who had no connection. They wouldn’t choose 1,000 people working for the United States government, would they?
Still, the message seems to be clear, as stated above.
The message IS “We can do this. We can render people helpless in seconds and even destroy people’s health.”
Another country would be smarter than that, wouldn’t they?
What other country could pull off operations like this in all of the countries mentioned? The whole thing is very, very strange.
It was not only Americans, but Canadian officials working at the Canadian Embassy in Havana also were attacked.
What country targets not only diplomats but CHILDREN of diplomats?
Some people think it was from a US-based organization or terrorist group.
Is that feasible, considering the attacks happened largely overseas? Who is capable of that?
