Recently the name of a Top Secret SCI (Secret Compartmentalized Information) program was released by an intrepid reporter who seems bent on destruction of the cabal operating the UFO/UAP coverup in the US Government.
It has come down to the knowledge that it is the executive branch, and in particular, parts of the military and CIA that are blocking disclosure and not complying with mandatory Congressional disclosure. These groups have gone rogue and appear to be flaunting their power to withhold the information by not being accountable to Congress or anyone else.
In addition to maintaining a top secret retrieval and back engineering program, they are keeping an extensive database about encounters.
Michael Shellenberger (@twitter)a dogged reporter on the subject of power abuse in government has broken this story wide open with his revelations that a witness came to him with the information about the Immaculate Constellation program.

Shellenberger says the program deals with the most commonly sighted UAP – orbs, discs, ovals, tic-tacs, triangles, arrowheads, boomerangs, and all kinds of anomalous craft. They also maintain a database of all the craft and sightings, with detailed images, videos, and other media and sensor data for various encounters they’ve collected over the years.
The Immaculate Constellation (IC) program was said to have begun in 2017 as a breakaway group from the AATIP group which was known by Congress. The IC group was kept secret from Congress.
There are multiple whistleblowers talking about the IC program. Some have gone to Congress already.
The United States Defense Department has issued a statement categorically denying any such program either acknowledged, unacknowledged special access program, or TS SCI program like this going on.
The Next Step – Congress Inquiry
Congress is going to depose witnesses to speak on this topic and hopefully get some answers as to why Congress is not getting this information.
Part of the strength of the US Constitution is that there are checks and balances between the 3 major powerful groups in our Democracy – Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches.
When someone goes rogue and siphons off millions or billions of dollars to create a program that Congress doesn’t even KNOW EXISTS, there’s a big problem. Abuse of power in the government is not tolerated and it only takes a couple of people to completely bring down the masterminds behind this program.
Are they operating on some super-secret authorization from the president or other group? It remains to be seen.
This is one more step closer to the ultimate UAP Disclosure which we’re all hoping for this year, or very soon. We’ve been chomping at the bit since 2017.
There may be catastrophic, or at least life-changing news coming shortly from the James Webb Telescope about a technological civilization being not only discovered, but MOVING TOWARD US in a massive craft around 250 miles long.
It’s probably time ALL THE INFORMATION goes public so we can see what we’re dealing with and decide as a nation, as a global population, what is to be our response to this ‘visit’ or ‘invasion’?
There are some absolutely monumental changes coming in the next few years. In a way I’m excited to be alive during this time. In a way, I’d have rather been born in another time altogether.
