The latest from Ross Coulthart as he was interviewed on That UFO Podcast by Andy was that Ross heard from multiple sources that Aliens (non-human intelligence) have murdered and MUTILATED human beings.

Re: Grusch’s statements about people having been murdered by the non-human intelligences.
Question from Andy: From Ross’ understanding, was it just people being in the wrong place at the wrong time? And getting injured from terahertz and radiation? Or, was it any of the force or aggressive behavior on the part of non-human intelligences?
Ross: I’m sorry to upset anybody out there, but no, I remember this moment very clearly in my conversation with David Grusch and also with other people.
I’m talking here about malevolence. I’m talking here about deliberately targeted attacks by alleged non-human intelligences that weren’t accidental
They were deliberate acts of murder, killing. And mutilation.
Andy: And would it be fair to say though that given we have heard and you’ve spoken today about us reports of us shooting down these craft and objects.
That could either be retaliation, or just an expectation that…
Ross: No, no, no no. Again…
This is what I find is a real worry.
I’m increasingly led to the view by sources that the United States has been involved in targeted kinetic engagements with UAPs using EMP weaponry to try to bring them down and they’ve done so successfully.
That’s an offensive act against a non-human intelligence.
If that’s true, and I’m not saying it. Is true, it’s something I’ve been told and I’m still trying to verify with other sources.
If that’s true. The implications of that are that one country in the world has taken offensive action against a NHI which is perhaps a vastly superior advanced technology
What are the implications for that for the entire human race.
What right do they have to do that? If true…

I have to keep reminding myself that this is what Ross heard, and he heard it from a couple of different sources, including David Grusch. That doesn’t mean it’s true, but this is the narrative that some people are spreading. Its implications are that we are at war with a non-human intelligence (NHI), and most of us can imagine that isn’t going to end well.
The thing is, David also said that it’s likely that at least one of these other non-human intelligences diverged from the human path that we took. They were also intelligent, and possibly not much more intelligent than we were.
They went a different direction in their development of technology, leading them to the Tic Tac like craft that can fly at speeds we can’t comprehend. It also looks like they might be vulnerable to attack by EMP electromagnetic pulse weapons.
It isn’t clear at all or even guessed at – which group of NHI might have mutilated human beings. It may not be the Tic Tac UFO group at all. It seems pretty likely at this point that there are innumerable NHI here and interacting with us in all kinds of ways. Some seem harmless and like practical jokers. Others steal our eggs and sperm and implant devices in our bodies. Some mutilate cattle and other animals. Some shoot beams of light at people in South America.
There could be 50 different groups here if we separated out all the anomalous things going on here and took each seriously.
Some seem to invade our dreams. Some heal us. Some give us extraordinary abilities in art, math, or science. There are so many stories that we’re left spinning around not knowing what is real and what isn’t
That’s why it’s so important for the US and all governments to TELL US WHAT THEY KNOW. We’re hopelessly lost at the moment. What is real? What is not? What is important?
It’s all so insane, right?
