It finally happened again. I can’t say I’m happy about it. I’m pissed, to be honest. I was enraged and shaking when it happened. I vacillated between chills and sweating.
White Crystal-Shaped LIght Explosion on the Bed
I was lying on the bed with my daughter – 22 months old. The cat was there beside her. I was on the other side of her. She petted the cat a few times and the cat moved forward. She was crawling forward to get closer to pet her again. I was stationary and looking ahead at the moment when at a 45° angle to my direct line of sight I saw a light explosion to the left of me away from my daughter. I don’t even think she or the cat saw it because I blocked it with my head and shoulders. The cat did not freak out at all.
I saw it in my peripheral vision and turned to look at it, screaming WHAT THE FUK IS THAT? and grabbing my daughter in my right arm at the same time and backing up off the bed to stand up. I ran her out the door and into the other bedroom across the hallway and dropped her off with mom. I said THERE’S A WEIRD LIGHT ON THE BED. DO YOU HAVE A PHONE TO GIVE ME TO RECORD IT? SET UP THE VIDEO FOR ME NOW, HURRY!
She did and i ran back into the bedroom and it was no longer there. I don’t know how long it was there because when I grabbed my daughter to get her away from it, I stopped looking at it. I saw it for about 1.5 seconds.
I came back in the room shooting a video with her phone. I told her what happened. I had crazy chills and anxiety as I tried to make words come out of my mouth. It was a traumatic event because I was so pissed off that it was that close to my daughter.
I told her what happened and then my wife said on chat –
So I went in and layed down with my daughter and comforted her. She may have thought she did something wrong. I forcibly yanked her off the bed after saying WTF IS THAT? and she must have thought I was angry at her because I dropped her on the bed with her mom and left so quickly.
FUCK THIS PHENOMENON.
I cuddled her and she felt OK enough to sleep in 10 minutes.
I went back to the room and set up the phone on a tripod to record the bed for a couple of hours until the battery in the phone ran out.
I stayed in the room looking at that spot for a while.
Around 11 pm I went into the bedroom where the wife and baby were and slept.
At 3:30 a.m.. I woke up and went into another room to see the video that was done. I watched it in fast forward until 4 am.
I wrote my sister something in chat.
I saw nothing on the video.
I slept on that bed after staring at the spot in the dark for about an hour.
I saw nothing.
Today during the day I shot video of the spot as much as possible, knowing full well that the phenomenon is too tricky to do it in the same spot.
Tonight I am shooting a video again of the entire bed. I’m in the room with my daughter to make sure the light doesn’t return where she is.
QUALITIES OF THE LIGHT EXPLOSION
- no sound AT ALL
- as bright as a flash – but even brighter than that… like magnesium burning
- a small central circular white light out of which exploded thin (1/16th inch) to thick (1 inch) rays of light. As if this was a firework exploding in perfectly white light. Light rays were thick and rectangular. No angled leading edge, they were flat.
- The furthest ray of light went about 8 inches long from the center circular area / spherical area.
- There were about 10 rays in total. Some one inch long. Some 3, 4, 5, etc.
- It exploded and stopped. As if frozen in time the 3-dimensional light explosion stopped and I looked at it there and it didn’t make sense that the light rays stopped going out from the center. I only looked for a total of about 1.5 seconds.
- No burning of sheet. No smell on sheet.
- Cat didn’t freak out.
- Didn’t return for 12 hours after. I recorded the spot.
I’m not sure if the light was there as I left the room, I was only concentrating on getting my daughter out of the room as fast as possible. Once I was off the bed, I didn’t look in that direction.
